Diagnosis- $75 – Fee is waived if you proceed with repairs

Tune Up – $75 – For first unit, $35 each additional unit.

Aftermarket Condenser Fan Motor – $375 – Factory approved aftermarket motor that matches all factory specifications

Duct Reseal – $200 – Reseal all supply air ducts and plenum attached to unit to make entire system air tight. (Per unit)

Clean Evaporator Coil in place – $100 – Brush off dirt and debris from coil and spray with nickel safe corrosion free foam cleaner that pushes the dirt from inside the coil out and leaves a lemony spell.

Service Fee – $95, $10 trip charge

Maintenance Agreements – Call For Quote – We service all makes and models of Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment, and Ice Machines. Everything from self contained coolers/freezers to stackable ice makes. All commercial customers have different equipment so we are unable to get a flat rate price. We do free on site quotes and quotes over the phone.

-Includes, Filter change, wash condenser coil, lightly clean evaporator, clear condensate drains, tighten electrical connections, check system pressures, check all motors, volts, an amps, Verify everything is with in factory specifications. Ice machines we chemically de-lime water cricut and replace water filters. Wash condenser coil, disassemble and reassemble spray bars to ensure proper water distribution to evaporator, Verify each unit operations and provide you with a written report of any finding with options for a quick affordable solution.

Full System Replacement

We are registered, licensed, and insured by the state of texas. We provide competitive quotes while still being able to provide top quality service! All of our installs come with 1 years parts and labor warrenty so you have nothing to worry about. The equipment we stand behind typically has 5-10 year equipment warrenty when you register it.
